Launch of the Administrative Justice & Tribunals Council
It is with great pleasure that we announce the launch of the Administrative Justice & Tribunals Council as of 1 November 2007.

The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (AJTC) was set up by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 to replace the Council on Tribunals. The AJTC is a new advisory non-departmental public body which keeps the overall administrative justice system under review, in addition to maintaining oversight of tribunals and inquiries.
