Consultation

Departments have an obligation to consult the AJTC on proposals for certain subordinate legislation relating to tribunal and inquiry procedures, and it is desirable that they consult the AJTC on proposals for other primary and subordinate legislation affecting tribunals, inquiries and administrative justice generally.
