Martin Partington, Research Adviser to the Senior President of Tribunals has commissioned a bibliography of major research studies from 1992 - 2007 which relate to tribunals and the development of administrative justice. The publication was prepared by Ed Kirton-Darling and Frances McClenaghan and the full report can be viewed on our publications page.
