Appointment of one new member to the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council and its Scottish Committee and two new members of the Scottish Committee

The Minister for Community Safety, Fergus Ewing recently announced the appointment of one new member to the AJTC and its Scottish Committee (with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor and the Welsh Ministers) and two new members to the Scottish Committee.
Mr Michael Scanlan and Mr Richard Henderson commenced their appointments with the Scottish Committee on 5th January 2009 and Professor Andrew Coyle will commence his appointment to the full Council and the Scottish Committee on 2nd September 2009.
