AJTC Welsh Committee response to consultation on 'Giving Children the Right to Appeal to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales'

The Welsh Committee of the Administrative Justice Council has responded to the Welsh Assembly Government consultation on a proposal to give children the right to appeal to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal in Wales.

The consultation closed on 3 October 2008.
