The Lord Chancellor, Jack Straw, has appointed two new members and re-appointed one further member to the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (AJTC) with the agreement of the Scottish and Welsh Ministers.

Professor Sir Adrian Webb has been nominated as the first Chair of the Welsh Committee of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council, which will come into being on 1 June 2008.
