Work Programme
Under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act the AJTC is required to formulate, in general terms, a programme of the work it intends to undrtake in carrying out its functions ans send a copy of the programme to the Lord Chancellor and the Scottish and Welsh Ministers.
