Principles for Adminstrative Justice

We have developed in draft this set of ten principles to guide our work & to provide organisations and individuals who contribute to administrative justice with insight into how different components of the system should work. This should also facilitate self assessment by organisations of their own achievement of these principles. The consultation letter sets out the questions on which we seek views. The consultation closes on 18 June.
