Statutory Basis: Section 4AA of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967
Description: Hear appeals from individual fishermen against their "days at sea" allocations in their licence. However the "days at sea" programme envisaged by S.4AA was never commenced and the tribunal has never been convened.
