Description: Decides applications for permission to appeal and appeals on points of law from decisions of First-tier Tribunals in the General Regulatory Chamber, the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, the Social Entitlement Chamber and War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber. Also deals with appeals from other bodies which are outside the First-tier Tribunal and some kinds of judicial review cases in England and Wales.
