Statutory Basis: Section 27 of the Forestry Act 1967

Description: Deals with cases relating to appeals concerning: a refusal by the Forestry Commissioners to grant a felling licence; the replanting conditions attached to a felling licence; a Restocking Notice served by the Forestry Commissioners; a felling direction imposed by the Commissioners; or a Notice requiring compliance with licence conditions or felling directions.
