Welsh committee
The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 created a Welsh Committee of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council. This Committee was formally constituted on 1 June 2008, and the Committee held its first meeting on 3 June 2008.
The First Minister for Wales, Rhodri Morgan has appointed Professor Sir Adrian Webb as the Committee Chair, and Bob Chapman, Gareth Lewis and Rhian Williams-Flew as members of the Welsh Committee of the AJTC.
Peter Tyndall, Public Services Ombudsman for Wales and Ann Abraham, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, are also ex-officio members of the Committee.
